Sounds like something with a sensor messin up. Its saying... crap something is not right, and shutting off ... like maybe oil pressure? Why don't you do some research and figure out what a code 15 is...

ok well code 15 is the damn ignition 2. im guessing the second ignitor is bad? but how would that explain the non volts with engine off key on no 12v to injector plugs?
