I have been doing a little research on a 3.4L swap and just have a few questions. Right now i have a 1994 22re with a manual G56 tranny. If i fnd a donor truck with a G56 manual could i just drop in the motor and the engine wiring harness or would i need to swap the trannys and the t-case?

 

you need r150f from a 3.0 3vz, the v6 transmission and transfercase. The crossmember, and v6 drivelines. No 3.4 equiped truck came with a g56.

Ya I figured kinda new to the whole swap idea and for some reason forgot that the tranny I have is a W56 not sure what I was thinking before

 

still need a v6 trans.
