22re turbo into a 22re
I have a 22re and i blew the head gasket, when we took it all apart we found a warped the head, and a stuck valve... Now my friend has a 22re turbo laying around with everything... computer, wirin...etc. but i dont want the turbo so can i just take the turbo off and use my old computer/ wiring and it all work or does it need the turbo. I dont want the turbo because i like water and puddles and i dont need the turbo messing around on me

The head is different on the turbo motor. Lower compression. Its going to be a DOG without the turbo.
DO NOT use the turbo motor without the turbo.
