Tacoma SAS

So Ive been planning to do this forever and its finally time. I have a 98 tacoma 2wd with the 2.4l in it. Im doing a 4x4 conversion and sas. i got a transmission out of an 01 tacoma. im going to be using a jeep front axle to stick with a 5x4.5 bolt pattern because i just put a locker in the rear of the 2wd.
so anyway... got the steel to build the front crossmember and spring hangers and got the 2wd suspension unbolted.
i welded the crossmember to the frame and have the cross bar to kick the spring hangers and the spring hangers tacked in where i think is square. next is to figure out the rear shackle mounts and angles and make sure its all square. im looking for some ideas for that. I have measured just about every way i can to line the front hangers up with the rear frame rail.

so here are some picks of my progress... any comments and or suggestions are welcome and appreciated. im just kinda figuring it out as i go after reading every post i can find about tacoma sas.

the crossmember

suspension before and after

front hangers

all hung up, the shackles are just chilling there i need to figure out my angles

im gonna be busting out the 11 inch angle grinder and the ear plugs for sure!

im gonna run the dana 30 for now because im only building for moderate abuse. and i just put the 300 dollar locker in about a year ago and dont wanna loose that. I figure when i start breaking ˟˟˟˟ in the axles Im gonna jump to an 8 lug one ton axle and just truggy the poor old girl. :-D i just dont want to loose that locker and trying to keep this fairly cheap. it was this or a 3500 buck long travel kit for the front end. from the looks i can keep it under that for this sas... i hope lol
