u run a single at both ends but make sure you get the later style yokes with a longer ear for the u joint. you can see the difference here. mine doesnt get out of control vibe wise till about 40 and its with a tg spline

the longer ear lets it angle more without binding. i used the yokes off a 95 4runner rear dshaft for the t case end and re drilled the flange

A lot of good answers but one that hasn't been brought up is lowering your transmission and transfer case... you can put 1" spacers on your transfercase cross member to lower your tcase... an inch doesn't sound like much but when you are talking drive shaft angle it could mean the difference in simple spacers or cut, weld and rotating axles...

One thing to consider with lowering the t-case mount for the front shaft is that while you are lowering the upper end of the drive shaft, you are also increasing the angle of the front flange. So depending on the length of the shaft and the motor mount - t-case mount distance, you may or may not be gaining any angle reduction at the upper joint as a result.
