Ifs eliminator and rear leaf swap problems

I have a 91 4runner with the IFS eliminator and rear lead swap. 3" front springs and 4" rear springs. After installing all of this I drove it as a DD for a few months until I had engine problems. It was never wheeled before that point. Now that the engine is taken care of I have taken it on about 3 very mild trips. It has only been completely flexed out a total of maybe 3 times. Yesterday I noticed that it is leaning quite a lot to the passenger side. My question is how long do the springs take to settle and do they settle at different rates. But why would just the passenger side be sagging? I do know that the springs are all in backwards but I don't think that would affect side to side leaning. Any ideas?

The springs in backwards makes a big difference. Your shackle angles would be all jacked up, especially up front.

Wouldn't that just change the axle location though? Or am I not seeing something?

My front shackle angle is not quite 90* it's more around 80. I assumed it would get better as the springs settled

Flip the springs around installed right and start there.

Ok I was planning on doing that for the front for sure. I don't know about the rear, I don't have a welder right now to redo the hangers.
