I did my SAS about two months ago and ever since then. When i take turns the front end makes all kinds of noises, pops and clicks when a take corners. My friend just did his SAS (88 4runner) about a month ago and he has the same problem.
I have checked every nut and bolt but everything seems to be tight.
Is this common with every SAS?
Does your truck make the same noises?
My solution has been to turn the radio up and ignore it. But this morning pullin into work my buddy heard it and sais it sounds bad!

mine does it when the hubs are locked, the birf isnt good at taking sharp corners even in 2wd, i am pretty sure its your birf doing it because my sfa does the exact same thing

Springs.

My springs made lots of noise around turns in the early months especially. I was tall and had lots of body roll around corners. The springs moved alot and they would pop and click.

 

i do believe if the birfs are worn out they will click during turns...casued by a small amount of play between the balls(bearings of croase)and the birf walls
