Havent been on here in quite some time, took a little time off from offroading...Just like the title says, I have scoured many search engines and cant find a thing about this, I have found a few good deals on complete 2wd Tacoma Prerunner TRD offroad rear axles, does anybody know if this is the same exact axle as the 4x4 flavor(8" diff, same width, etc) ? I want a complete Tacoma rear axle to put under my 1st gen 4runner, however it seems the prerunner rears go for less $$, so I figured why not just grab one of those if they are the same width, and same 3rd members, etc.

Ratios may be different though. Other than that, same exact rear axle assembly.
