Any pics or thoughts on frenching rear spring hangers on a 2nd gen 4Runner?

I am wrapping up my SAS swap on the front of my 92 4Runner, and I am starting to contemplate the leaf-spring conversion for the rear... I am trying to keep this as LOW as possible, hopefully a frame height of 20-22" at most, or about 2" lift.

Not sure what springs I should use yet, but I am thinking about frenching in the rear spring hangers with something like these -

http://www.datinfab.com/frenchedspringhangers.aspx

and using DOM frame tubes for the rear shackle hangers

I can see I will have to at the very least remove the fuel tank for installing these, and maybe slide it over a little to clear, but other then that I think this might be a good way to help keep the height down.

What springs would you all try? Chev springs are on my mind, but not sure...

What are you doing for the front? Unless you are going reverse eye springs or SUA, French them in the rear is worthless.

I really like the F150 springs I put under the rear of mine, of course they are not as 'in' as doing chevy's. I've got a write up on it under F150 spring swap.

Thanks for the tip - What kind of lift did you end up with? I am trying to keep it down around 2" or so. Also, what is the width on those - Same as the chevys?
