98 4runner sas help
#22
Well im not sure that would be doing it right for me cuz that would involve leaving the chain driven transfer case, and i really dont wana do that. Ive been researching quite a bit lately and think im leaning towards like a dana 60 or some kind of 3/4 or 1 ton axles. That way it will be indestructible and i can run dual cases. What do you think of that?

well whats the diamond axles? Ive heard about them, but dont know much bout them. I def want to do this one right the first time cuz im keepin it. I got rid of my 2nd gen sas 4runner and kick myself for doin it!! I gota keep it to a $6000 limit or so right now, but can add to it later. I just really want somethin i can wheel the crap out of and dont have to worry bout breakin. I want to run 38 inch boggers, and still wana be able to drive it down the road once in a while!

) Then with the money you saved you could maybe set it up with radius arms (I prefer the simplicity over 3 and 4 links) and coilovers to preserve the nice ride it had before you cut everything off
That's just what I would do (I'm trying to talk my brother into going this route)........just a suggestion
