After driving for about 20mins or so and taking it outback I could drop it off for alignment the following morning (Wednesday). They called me that afternoon to tell me truck was done and that they "found" a bad leak on the trans cooler line. After driving it day before and to the shop with no signs of oil I was a little confused. Fortunately the shop is maybe 3 miles from my house, I glanced at the truck in parking lot with the front axle coverd in oil. Poad for my alignment and drove home with no issue. You can see here how the hose naturally wanted to sit and had been for sometime since the previous owner had put it together. Which i would like to compliment him on putting the truck together with not one hanger or support on the trans lines. This is how the hose was when they "found the leak" For whatever reason someone moved the hose and set under and against the idler pulley bracket and then ate through the hose within secs i would imagine. Its not worth my time or energy to fight with them to explain that one of them had moved this hose and caused the issue. Cut the old hose out too disappointment he used fuel hose for atf. Which does work but is not really correct. The factory size hose is 11/32 for the trans cooler line. Fortunately Advance up the street had the correct size and hose for what i needed. A little pricey at $7/ft. Bought 4ft to replace both lines and a qt of atf. New hose back in place on both lines. Not happy about it but it is better then before with no support at all. I added ziptie hangers and some hose between them where they had been rubbing against each other. Topped off atf fluid.
With alignment done steering stabilizer could go it. Nothing in detail here, set the steering wheel straight. Pull the stabilizer out half of it's stroke and bolt in place. Full extension was 9.5", measured 4.750" and put it in place.
Blocks came in for the rear from Rough Country. 1.5" is the most we could go with out extending the UBolts. Jackstand on the frame, Loosen ubolts, jack under axle. Take one tire off lean axle down, slide block in and loosely snug ubolts. Moved to the other side for same thing. With my rear pipe stand i use on back of truck. I screwed the stamd up to take a little bit of weight off the springs. Took a tape and measuring off the factory spring perches squared the axle relatively close with truck. Back on ground, Ubolts torqued.
parking brake cable is on top, it is not tight as it looks in picture. Over the top was less intrusive then having it below the springs.

Owner asked me to look at few things, one of which being some wiring. Truck has no tail lights, dash lights and turn signals blink fast.
The tail light and dash light was a 15a fuse blown in the panel. Has for the turn signals........ I knew it had none up front from previous putting the front bumper on and gave it the turn signal delete option. This is what i found tucked away in the inner fender. And might be a contributing factor to the blown fuse. Too the previous owner or who ever did this. Please take all of your wrenches and tools and turn them in for scrap metal. NO TOYOTA deserves this level of disrespect lol. On the other side i was thrilled to see he atleast took the time to spray paint the wire nuts black before tucking them away. Called the owner, he's picking up truck up in two days from when i took this pic. Not enough time to order trail gears kit and install. Owner said he would take care of it.
In meantime ill swing by and get some crimp caps. Put a dab of dielectric grease in them and crimp over the wires.

Truck is done. Took it through some light trails. Did 60miles on the road. Drives super smooth, one hand at 70mph. Owner coming down tomorrow to pick it up. This has made me a fan of the chevy springs. The trail gear spring do ride nice but for me personally the combination of 3inch springs with shackles is a little high. It is not a small lift imo. I have no experience with them but would like to do a build one day with Sky's offroad "low lift" springs. With the current 35" tires.
Ground to spare tire carrier in back 35.250". Frame under driver seat is right at 27". Overall we did gain a little bit of height but the ability gained over the stock ifs bracket lift and rear blocks under stock springs isn't comparable. Thank you to anyone that followed for the past 2 months. Hopefully the info becomes of use to anyone looking for answers.
