only suggestion i can see would be changing the rear shock mount.

you should still run a brace from one side of the frame to the other(bar, tube) and find a way to mount your shocks to that.

the mounts you have now look like they may not be strong.

I second that... improve the upper mount with a gusset (or two)

I have always understood that bumpstops should be set so the spring will go flat, and not invert... or reverse the arc.

knuckle rebuild

rebuilt my knuckles with the knuckle rebuild kit from trail gear. got everything back together and drove it down the road. everything was fine until i locked the hubs. when i locked the hubs the front right side felt like it had a wobble. what could i have done wrong?

Have you checked your pinion angle? If you've quite ride height, single T-Case and a low pinion diff your DS angle may be bad and this is why you get vibs with the hubs locked or the 4WD engaged.

Another option is that you've your DS off-phase. If in the process of removing the diff you take the yoke off and then reassembled it off-phase you'll get vibrations too.

it was fine before i did the knuckle rebuild. i didnt do anything to the driveshaft, i did slip it back a little to get a gasket on the front diff, but didnt mess with it. its my first knuckle rebuild so im thinking i did something wrong or missed something. how do i find the problem? i had a hard time getting the locking hub on, had to tap it a little.
