86 runner, trying to keep it as simple as possible

Well basically, I'm looking to SAS my 86, and i want to keep it as simple as i can. Ive had some people tell me its no more than welding on some hangers , bolting up shackles, and getting rid of the ifs crap, and ive had other people make it seem so involved it totally turned me off to doing the swap. but I want my 4x4 back, and dont think its worth it to swap matching gears in my front carrier, when i might as well just solid axle swap it now instead of later.

So whats the most basic minimum i can do for a solid axle swap?

The "Search" button works great for multiple threads on axle swaps and the work involved.

If you don't have the tools, time, or mechanical aptitude don't bother with it.

Search. There a hundreds if not thousands of Toyota SAS threads.

Yes. You have to weld. If you want bolt on get a J***.
