I have, and will again this year, made it without a locker. It is my fav trail. I am hoping to camp, but I get a reply from smr4runner or Ape as to their plans (Ape has not RSVP'ed so I'm not sure he is even coming!)

But Mike, if you and Kim are going up and plan on camping, I'll camp with you guys (if I can find a tent!) Perhaps if people know that a couple of us plan on it, they'll be more open to the idea! Let me know as I need to gather stuff if camping is in the picture.
Gene buddy.
Did you get my last couple of e-mails?

Yes. The other was a reply to your original e-mail.

Kim will not be with me on this trip. She'll be on the west side of Rainier at the aid station at Suntops during the White River 50mile marathon her mom helps organizes.

I plan on bring my camping gear. I'll either be camping on the east or west side of Rainier. It all depends on what happens after the run. If everyone bags after the run I'll probably hop over the west side of Mt. Rainier to spend time with Kim and her group.

Now I don't feel so bad All the other rigs I have seen that are coming have all been locked. So it's nice to see I'm not the only one without lockers.

Dude! I think as long as I have know you, you have had "e-mail issues"! You really must see someone about this condition ASAP!

I did get your message from this AM.

~Cheers!

You'll be just fine - if you stay focused and use The Force! A good time will be had by all (if the past couple of years are any model for future performance!) I'd be temped to head home by going back on the Naches, but I may be hung over...

I look forward to camping under the stars after a hard days wheeling!

It's also supposed to be a rare "Blue Moon". I am planning to stop on Chinook pass on the way back to take a look

BTW, I should mention that my passenger seat has opened up for this trip, so if you have been wanting to come along, but don't want to risk your sheet metal, contact me and we can talk about you riding along with me.

Anyone? Bueler? Bueler?

The shots are a problem, but with 100 channels of satellite fed music, I am sure we could reach a compromise there

I was embarrassed to admit that I now have satellite radio in the garage, but if you can come right out and say you put it in that wreck of yours, I guess I should feel OK. Sorry I won't be making this run with you-all, but I'll see you at Evans in a couple weeks.

THAT is just not going to happen... I have seen the way your drive. Besides, I don't have room in the bed for the case of toilet paper you always have strapped on the roof of your rig for the Naches run

I hope you guys have a good time out there this weekend. I surely don't envy the weather you'll have...it's been hot and dry for far too long. Everywhere is pretty darn dry lately, there was even a sizeable brush-fire today - right around my exit off I-90 in North Bend. Made my commute home an hour longer...

It says its 2 hour drive from Mill Creek. Doesn't seem right seeing as its only 59 miles

Anybody know about how long it is from Mill Creek/Lynnwood area?

Oh yeah, and I'm starting to get anxious Let's just hope my truck can handle the Naches.

Mapquest shows 1 hr 24 min from Mill Creek, WA to Enumclaw, WA. I haven't actually driven the route that they show though.

My palms are getting sweaty, but I'm just excited

You'll do fine!
