At the entrance there is a locked gate, with a rocky washed out bypass. It is said that if you can get past this rocky (will certainly eat your rocker panels unless you have sliders~I have sliders, but not enough ground clearance for the T-case) section, then you can traverse the rest. I might have been able to winch through but it was raining really hard that day. The rest of the place is all fire roads, so there is not much excitement unless you can get to the good stuff. On the road out back, there is another trail that I explored, the Lower Jeep Trail, which I could easily climb up until I got to another rock crawling area to get in. Until I am locked in front, and am running at least 33" tires, I think that I will stay away from there.

In the Sultan Basin, Shaw is closed, Highrider is closed, pretty much everything.

District Meeting Will Focus
on Little Naches Future
The effects of heavy recreation use in the Little Naches River drainage are prompting the Naches Ranger District to prepare a detailed management plan for the area.
The first in a series of public workshops to identify potential actions — "to assure that people can continue to enjoy a quality recreation experience in a quality environment," District Ranger Randy Shepard said — is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday at the ranger station in Naches.
Managers will describe the conditions and challenges, as well as the plan preparation process. The meetings are intended to give participants a chance to add their observations and ideas for maintaining and improving conditions.
Those planning to attend the Tuesday meeting are asked to call the ranger station at 653-2205. Fire conditions permitting, additional workshops are scheduled for Aug. 9 and Aug. 16.

I will have my cell phone also. 253-686-3788
I will also have my CB on Chnl 4 . I can meet you or anyone in Enumclaw. I know there is a Burger King or Mc Donalds there since I went in to take a piss. Hehehehe. I will try to call whoever if they want me to call. It's not that hard to find. Hwy 410 and Hwy165.
See you all 2morrow.
Do I need to bring a tow strap and a Hi-Lift?
