darn, now i really want to go, but im working the entire weekend, and even if i wasn't, the truck really needs some maintenance before i take it out again.

Yeah, I've got 500 miles on the motor since I think we fixed it. It seems to have been my front cover. The timing chain dug into it along time ago. I guess with the blown headgsket, the cover heated up and caused a crack. All looks good now. Knock on wood.

 

I think Fartruk will be doing more wheelstands than Rover

So I just got off the phone with our Realitor and I will have to head back early Sunday morning to go see the property we are looking at. Crappy thing is that it is only a few places down from this guy who has a gold 4runner with an old truck front axle. There goes the neighborhood I guess. We are hoping we get it.
