San Diego Crew--Carveacre this Sat the 5th
Since we are not going to Superstitions, lets see how much damage the recent rains have done to Carveacre.
I say we go for a morning run, meet up at like 9:30 and be done around noon.
For anyone that hasn't been there, it is a short, but challenging trail. Not really any chance for body damage as long as you are careful.
Who's in??

Awww man!!!
I have been thinking about going up there. Especially since the rains!
Unfortunately I am out of weekend stuff until March. Weekdays are makeable for me. But until then...
HAVE FUN!!!

Gig to play. I'm out. I however think I'll be along for the Superstitions on the 12th instead of the TTORA Big Bear trip I was thinking about.
The back way into Big Bear is closed so trafiic will blow getting up and down the mountain since the snow is great right now. I'll keep tabs on that thread.

Ok, so I gather this is in Alpine?
I got just a couple of q's....
How's the trail? Sliders necessary? Or will my factory running boards take a beating ???
How about a locker? Need that?
If either of the 2 are a necessity, I guess I'll stick to the mall stairs

Stock, open diffed 4runners can make this trail. Just take off your running boards and maybe your rear mudflaps if you dont want them to bend and the paint to flake.
The trail is very fun, I would go, but I have a big, multi state road trip coming up that I dont want to jinx w/any offroad fun.
