Guys,

Pismo is an amazing place to wheel and relax. Where else can you wheel in CA, smell the ocean breeze, camp, and build a fire right on the beach? The place is very family friendly so if you have little ones, bring them along.

There will be something for everyone there which is why we decided to choose Pismo as spot to get together this summer. There are several places to rent ATVs if you're into that. If you're into skim boarding, the beach/waterfront is sufficiently flat in many places to glide a nice long ride.

There's great local food too, esp the clam chowder. Steve brought some during our scouting trip from a place called "Splash" and truthfully it was the best clam chowder I've ever had. Come on the trip, buy some, and you be the judge!

Hope to see you there and yes, you can bring your non-Toyota wheelin' friends too.

Bob

How many people would be interested in t-shirts to commemorate the event?? We're thinking about doing something with cafe press, so t-shirts are only one product that would be available, but would probably be the most popular.

Come on people, keep those sign ups coming!

Dang it! I'm not on the list, I guess I can't go!

For everybody else, take a look at the old thread for a description of Pismo if you've never been there. One thing I forgot to mention in that thread is all the college age women in bikinis (and college men for the women here) at the beach.

If you do happen to forget the waiver, its not the end of the world....we'll have extra copies along with us.

So far we have 6, but that's not counting friends, significant others, etc. Big or small, this event will be a great time!

Hopefully more people that said they were interested in the old thread will be signing up too!

I think I've convince JAvin028 (Jay) to ignore his responsibilities for one day

He mentioned possibly being there for just Saturday.

Cal and L33,

Glad you liked the page.

And L33, it'll be even funnier if you bring the easy chair!!!

I'm pumped for this trip. Recruit your friends and let's have some fun in August.
