PAP has a waiver that everyone must fill out and sign/initial. It will greatly speed things up if you do it before hand. The put the waiver on their website so you can print it off and fill it out before you get to the park.

Question... is one tank enough? should I bring along some filled gas tanks, a couple gallons or so?

One tank is fine - fill up at the gas station on the way into town, then again as you leave in necessary.
This is the first time I've ever organized a run like this, but I'm hoping to finish up between 4 and 5pm. We'll see though.
