Talking Jan. 17 Burch Mntn Run

http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/cen...ader/my_photos

YotaTech members Antonio (Choped4Runner) Charles (CJs94Runner) Heep owner Jeff & myself went on a trail run up Burch Mntn yesterday. Had fun up there. Had to help an Isuzu Trooper get unstuck from being bottomed out on a table top section we were playing on. The same Trooper thought he was smart following my tracks down side trails. The snow was untracked when I got to it so I wasnt even sure of it but he made it down bottoming out on the center of the ruts. Reminds me of a decal currently on Ebay that says "If you got the nuts follow my ruts". Anyone seen the 4Runner decal where it's running over the import car with a anti import slogan of some sort? Looking for it still. Ben

Burch is a very local Wenatchee area trail. Wenatchee is surrounded by hills and mountains. Our trails are like our backyards. This one sits at the north end of town and is a 30 to 40 minute trail run if you stay on the main trail without playing. I on the other hand only use the main trail to cross on from side trail to side trail. Its a pretty fun trail and a pretty sweet view. There are so many of the top side side trails I have not even explored yet to.

Main local trail runs worth while are:
Burch up & over into Cashmere or Swakane Cyn
#2 up over into Cashmere or the long ride into Liberty
Wheeler, only been up once.
Brender, hell yeah!
Blue Grade, unexplored by myself
Entiat Valley, unexplored by myself
Horse Lake, very limited runs
Stevens Pass
Blewitt
And many more that I am not thinking of.

I would like to do the Naches & check out the North Bend area trails some day.

Blue
Clockum over into Ellensburg
