assuming i get my Manual hubs and CVs reinstalled soon i am planning on making a run to Hollister Sept. 10th. i have alot of new things to test from this summer, sliders, lift, manual hubs, new CB.... let me know if anyone wants to join. i figured i would get there early-mid morning play on the obstical course have a BBQ and then hit some trails. i have only been there once, so if anyone wants to set up and take the roll of trail leader that would be cool. otherwise i am just going to shoot from the hip and bring recovery gear is there camping at hollister i can't remember? if there is i might camp that night and do some weenie wheeling sunday

I actually just took a day trip there yesterday... my buddy rolled his runner, very sad, but it still runs, only broke one window...

update: talked to my buddy who is going... hes taking his D90 and a firend of his wants to test her stock full size Dodge... so i doesnt sound like they will be doing anything hardcore, which is fine by me, i can not afford to break anything.

 

Yeah, tenative for me too. Need to do wheel bearings, alignment, rebuild my p/s pump.... and pay rent..... We'll see. Maybe I can ride along with someone.

I'm that guy in the D90, I will be up there like around 9:30-10:30 Saturday. White D90, hard to miss, being followed by a full size Dodge, really HARD to miss. Looking for a bbq, some playing around in the dodge, then we might leave it for a little afternoon jaunt in the 90 and 4Runner. I was hoping to make a morning/afternoon thing out of it, i got to drive back to stockton afterwards. Thats be plan. Be there or... well don't...

looks like this plan fell through tonight... the chick that was suppose to ride with me backed out and i got off work late (its now 315 am) and i really cant afford the gas to do it... i'm am planning something in oct. in tahoe, i';ll let ya'll know when i get more details.
