Time for another trip to Disney, OK (Hogan's). Let me know whos interested... and this time im giving everyone wayyyy advanced warning... also this weekend (Nov 12) were doin some wheelin near sallisaw (Gruver or Gruber ORV park... or something like that). Everyone is welcome, and all levels of rigs are invited!!!!

 

I can't make the 12th but I'm definitely interested in the trip to Disney. Although, my MR2 is not a very good rock crawler.

Thats the other thing, even if you dont have a rig, you can still come out... we've got room!

As it stands, we're going to disney Saturday morning... wheel all day Sat, camp sat night, wheel some sunday, then call it a day and head back sunday afternoon. I'll have more info as we get closer.

You going to be running all day saturday? I'm tempted to come out for the day. Have to bring the 97, the 85 only has one axle at the moment.

 

all day sat and maybe part of sunday... bring the 97 out, we have an almost stock CJ7 and a stock 87 runner comin too, so you wont be the only one not lifted

 

Is the CJ carbed? I learned my lesson about carbs watching the other jeeps try to run that hill you walked up. Sounds like fun, i think i need to go. And I'm really not worried about embarassing myself or toyota

I also learned my lesson about axle wrap on that hilll....

 

LOL.. i remember the axle wrap... i think we all learned a lesson, you didnt even get to see it hit a tree real hard the first time it axle wrapped. cj is carbed so it should be fun to watch. only thing done to the CJ is a front locker and maybe tires, if he gets around to makin them fit (only 31's)... OH and an update for ya... i warped the replacement springs again all fixed now, chevy 63's, and this will be the first time wheelin with them

 

If you're missing parts for the 85 I might be able to help out... I've found myself with a surplus of axle pieces. If you're simply lacking the motivation to do the work I can't help you out there... got my hands full with my rig

Oh, and I Fixed the axle wrap. With the front locker I just let the front axle pull me up the hill and the rear one goes along for the ride. Bingo, no axle wrap

 

could be a fun trip now... projected 4-6" on wed..... hopefully it stays

Barbie Jeep is backing out... something about home improvement. But it sounds like the kind of stuff snow should disrupt... so even more reason to pray for a ton of white stuff.

 

We had some furniture coming that saturday, moved the delivery to Friday. Unless something comes up Kim & I are coming!
