sorry for the short notice, a few of us are gonna run http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=126 (Cascade Creek) tomorrow, a nice easy trail, wont take all day, just something with nice senery.
meeting at the Lookout Mnt. exit (on I-70) at 10am
