Denver/CO guys not really a trip....

......but an event.

Anybody want to join me at the Cummin's Truckfest at Bandimere Speedway July 25th. There's gonna be drag racin' of course, truck show and even an obstacle course competition.
This is one event when I wish my truck was SC'd.

Check it out here www.bandimere.com Click 'events' and scroll down a little to the link.

I will be there cuz I work there. It is scary standing inbetween two semi's. Never know if they are going to break. Most drivers are OTR drivers just having fun.

We see alot of yahoo's on truck day, watched one guy in a Ford PU do a big burn out in the water box, then pulled up a few feet and hammered the skinny pedal and let go with the clutch, spit the lift block right out and bent the drive shaft. He got out and complained that the installers messed up his truck. What a dork NEVER I repeat NEVER do a dry hop with mud tires on a sticky track. Breakage will result.

My goal is to make the stack SO sticky that it pulls your shoe off. Now imagine a truck bouncing off the rev limiter and dumping the clutch.. BANG

We keep track of the number of cars we break for each speciality event. We broke a 11 imports on saturday anb a dozen on sunday. Truck fest is always a fun time. We have a tuff truck competition and trcuk show. A good time

I still wouldn't blame the track,it's your guy's job to make sure traction is available.

I ran my AWD Eclipse there since '96 (382 timeslips in 8 seasons) and never broke an axle or a tranny due to too much traction, you gotta just know your car or avoid the groove where the maximum traction is if it's an issue.
