Okay, if there are no objections, we'll tentatively do Metberry. Not to worry for those with built trucks, this will still be fairly fun, as there will be snow. Link to the trail.

Since the Forrest Service website blows HUGE, I will call Monday to verify that this trail will be open. Obviously it is open from the fire, but it is also a seasonal road. If it is, we can hit it up!

If I manage to get new tires before then, I might be in for a weekend expedition. I've never been wheeling on a trail before, so hopefully y'all pick an easy one.

Well, its on for the fifth once I confirm the trail is open. It is a seasonal trail, so with the snow, it may have been closed.

There's a bunch of trails off Old Stage, right?

What about Dakan Valley?

Are you still trying to find one in the Springs area or have you started looking elsewhere?

Isn't that Dakan road in the springs somewhere?

Are you going to make it Lance?

Nope (big surprise)...I'm teaching a class during that time.

Not real close to the springs, but okay. I'd rather do Twin Cone if we are going up there. China Wall is okay, but less fun than Twin Cone.

Are we still on? I hope so, I'm ready to wheel! Anyone coming from or through Denver want to convoy?

Sounds good to me. Where are we meeting? Trail Damange suggests the Bradley Gas in Conifer.
