Anyone want to try and get out somewhere this weekend? Boulder Carnage or Slaughterhouse (co4x4 sounds like nothing else is really passable)?

if you haven't already bought stuff, let me tell you about my favorite place in the state for exhaust stuff: Buds' Muffler. Down in denver, but their customer service is some of the best i've ever seen. I wanted to replace my muffler (had one of those ricer sounding ones) But didn't want to pay for them to instal. No problem...put my truck up on the lift, took a look at my stuff, and took me back to the shelves, and gave me about 8 choices on mufflers that would fit my application, and explained exactly what each one would be like...made my choice, paid the 54 dollars for the new muffler, and went on my way...spent maybe an hour with the guy, and no charge. Great folks.

Sniff... I am jonesing for some wheeling with you guys so bad I am going crazy, but Troy and I gotta be smart. We need to save money and get my rig fixxed too - and not risk breaking anything in the mean time. Soon... soon... We'll get to get out!

Ya I talked to bud about doing my headers and exhaust for my truck and he was pretty curious about it because he has a supercharged tacoma as well. Gave me a pretty good price and awesome customer service just talking to him on the phone. So far I haven't followed through with it, but when I do, I will be talking to them.

Isaac, it's done already. I went to Midas in Longmont. They got it tucked up nice and high, and even stayed open late to get it done. I'd much rather support the little guy, but this midas (the one on 119/Ken Pratt next to OfficeMax) did me right.

Although, I really should ask around some more to see who has welders and try to do it myself/with help...

I'm almost healed enough to start offroading again. Had to take some time off to heal my broken arm. I've been in a split cast for a few weeks and PT. Since my 4Runner is a stick it takes a little balancing to take turns and shift. Maybe a few more weeks.
