Cash in camp works.

Erika, that was funny.
I asked before where to send it and how much, but I don't think I got a response. Just let me know.

I still have the Yokohamas. I have 2 sets of tires and wheels on 3 5/16" backspaced rims.

Off Road Set:

35x12.5x15 Goodyear MT/R on 15x8 MT Classic II

On-Road Set:

315/75/16 Yokohama Geolander AT II+ on 16x8 MT Classic II

Today I will put the On-Road set back on for the drive up there and at the campsite swap back to the MT/R's. With the power tank and an impact wrench, it will go fast.

The rig is getting close to being done- they could not get it in to have a new cat. put in/relocated so the front t-case will not be installed. All the parts from the machine shop came and fit but I did not figure that no exhaust what so ever would be real cool.

I have the most pimpin wheels beeetches!!

Its getting there. If it drives straight (or somewhat) I'll be there. I have more parts coming in today, and hopefully it will all come together tomorrow.

A sneek peek....

That Bent Up Hydro line is pretty easy to put together, the big cup part you put in first, threads backwards and then you screw the nipple part in all the way. The blue adapter also is english threads that is "close" so use teflon tape.

I only used one of those at the box and I had Stubbs TIG weld on an AN end to the stock factory Banjo end so I retained the two vaccume lines on the 2.7, your motor might be different.

So basically I have an AN end on my pump right to the hydro line and then the 90 degree and the blue adapter into the FJ box.

FWIW ORS used those blue "close enough" on Cheeses steering as well. We found those out on Terminator that night.

Oh the best way I found to cut the hydo tube is with a hand hack saw with a nice quality fine tooth blade.

Well, I put the Yokos back on and boy does that thing look GAY !!!

I can not even believe I wheeled those street tires (Drag Slicks) through what I did. Having all the traction of 35" MT/R's is going to be unreal.

Looks good Steve.

Looks good Steve.

I talked with Joan at lunch. She reminded me again no dogs in the group site. I thought that was not what she told you John.

Steve, have you cut out your fenders some more, or is that stock SR5?

Hunt, damn, I don't know how I missed this project. I'm definitely excited to read about how it went.

Hunt, did I read that correctly on your site about your headlights being 5.5' high? That seems pretty high, but the more clearance the better, in my opinion. Someone may have already asked, but will we see it at CO4RJ?

Well, she said as long as we were the only one with a dog - which it looks like we will be - then it was ok. I begged and pleaded. I just don't think she wants you to announce it to everybody that dogs are ok. She basically said - I don't want to have to come down there because your dog's getting into trouble - which won't happen. In camp our dog is always on a leash. Always.

John
