CO gulches?

CO gulches?
I was wondering if anybody can get me up to speed on the CO gulches (hackett, longwater and mayberry). last i heard they were closed after the hayman fire.
(yeah i know that was a while ago, i've been in CA since then and havent really kept up). Before I joined the Corps, i used to love playin' around up there.
