Socal854runner, myself and a few others are meeting up at the following location and then heading on to Bullfrog Trail in Johnson Valley. It is quite a bit closer than Hammers, for me anyway....

From there it is not too far to where we are going, which is basically a couple miles from "Cougar Buttes" .....

Everyone is welcomed with pretty much any vehicle, but obviously there are several hills that are mostly rock formation which some will not be able to get up. However, there are several lines people can take, and it's not very difficult at all to hike up by foot and watch some of the activities on the nastier stuff....

PS; Sorry for the late notice! My friend call me someone out of nowhere and told me that his mother passed away, and he is coming down from oregon , the funeral saturday. He wants to get away and loves 4 wheeling so I figured this would be the best thing for him.

Ok...... Just to reiterate; Almost anybody, with any capability level truck, can go to this area and have fun. Plus it's cool to meet up with people. But that's all good. If nobody can go, we will see y'all another time.
