Ok guys how does the cliffs sound on saturday. Me, ricky, and todd are in. The more I hear about how bad one jambo can be it makes me fear 2 or 3.
So, its crunch ti,e if none speaks up then we are going to the cliffs and the more the marrier. If you havent been there it is awesome, and If you are near chicago it is much closer than the the badlands, it is exit 97 off of I-80. So nows the time to let us know what the weekend is looking like for you.
Also I think I am going to start a new thread for this trip so other people who may not be interested in the badland will take notice.

Just for fair warning, it will most likely be sloppy out there this weekend. Trails that are easy and doable when dry/frozen become sheetmetal-munchers when it gets wet.

Man joez, I'm starting to think that you just don't want us yotas to wheel.

You should come out to the cliffs with us.

Im just trying to give fair warning, i was part of the orriginal trail cutting crew out there. My old toy took a LOT of damage those couple months of cutting. Ive been there when its frozen, dry, flooded, glare ice, under a foot of snow, just about every condition it gets. There is a reason i still havent taken my fullsize out there yet onto the trails. When it warms up and i can pull the hardtop to finish my soft top, then ill bring it out there.

Id love to wheel with you guys, its been a while since ive been out with a group of toys. I may show up out there, we'll see. If this cold holds, the ground will freeze up enough to make the harder trails more doable without as much body damage.

I Just hate hearing about people who's first trip out there ended in 2 broken windows, every body pannel dented, and their rig burried to the headlights in mud for 1/2 hour. People hear from others who were there when it was froze that its easy, they go when its warm and sloppy and its a whole nother animal.

Like i said before though, ill be at the Badlands the 12th for sure.

Ok guys it looks like know one is going. If thats the case then I dont see the point in going again with my usual guys. However, if some one else is planning on going now is the time to speak up. If you dont speak up then you may find yourself there alone. Me, and two other trucks will join you if you plan on going
