Anyone know of some good trails in North Georgia? I've been looking around a bit and have found a few.
Any one heard of Sheep Wallow Road?
It's in between Dawsonville and Dahlonega and looks nice but may be short.
I've also read some good stuff about the Amicalola Falls forestry road.

This is the one of the only videos i could find of the trails..... i apologize in advance for their music selection.

for anybody that's interested, I am organizing a big offroad meet at Union Grove (unofficial) ORV for this Saturday, February 4th. It's located near Lithonia off of interstate I-20, about 10-15 minutes east of Atlanta. Anybody interested, feel free to message me on FB, or email me at mscook84@gmail.com, and leave me your contact information, as I am not on here much.
To get there from ATL: I20 east to exit 74 (turner hill rd), make a left and go 1.5 miles to Union Grove road; the race trac gas station is the usual staging area. turn right on Union Grove road until you see your first (unfinished) dirt road neighborhood entrance on the right; this is the primary entrance point.
I am expecting a big turnout, so the more yotas out there representing with me, the merrier!!

btw, my avatar pic is from the trails. this was before the rain season hit us. i would imagine the place is a little slicker and more muddy now. if you don't want to get your rig muddy, these might not be the trails for you. its not all mud holes, but they are there, and some you cannot drive around. just putting that out there because i know some folks are anal about mud.

yeah, you can see the lake from the trails. you can actually drive all the way down to the lake, but the dnr says no vehicles within 100 yards of the water. I heed the warning because i don't want a fine, and i don't want the trails closed down.
