4x4 trails around Lake Tahoe? Or anyone know of a guide book?

So, I've found a few easy trails around Prosser lake up 89, but I would like to do more woodsy stuff (this 4x4ing is starting to get addicting!!).
Would anyone know where I could puchase guide books or find information for 4x4 trails in the Lake Tahoe area?
Also, I'm thinking about getting a
Car-tent
and doing 2-3 day treks and such with the g-friend and dogs. Anyone ever use these tents?
Thanks!!
Frank

Depending on your version of "around Tahoe" there's Barney Riley just outside Markleeville ( http://www.californiajeeper.com/barney/review.htm ) It's a pretty mellow trail, but there are a couple fun spots along it and the camping spot at the end is nice because you end up right next to the river. I'm actually headed out there next weekend (26-27) with some of the guys from Tundra Solutions, so you're welcome to join us if you can make it.

There are more trails surrounding Reno than you can shake a stick at. Plenty of woodsy stuff ranging from begginer to experienced. I'm not sure where you are located, but if you are in the Reno area pm me and I will send you in the right direction.
