I can't wait, especially since i picked up my new shoes today. I was so excited and whacked out on monster that i went ahead and mounted one up at 1:30am.

I think im going to need to trim my fenders a little bit..........

Trimming the fenders is an understatement. REMOVING the fenders and part of the sides is more accurate.

Crawlmag posted this on the pirate thread...

"Let's see some pics of the rigs planning to be there. Give me a reason to send my feature editors out and get this ride in CRAWL Magazine I have staff in Detroit and Cleveland so let's see what ya got."

Post them up bitches.

If you dont know Crawl magazine is all about extreem rockcrawling so post accordingly.

Post it on pirate or here on yotatech. heres the pirate thread (be warned it has been dead)

Here's the latest poser shot of my junk that will be attending. These are my street tires though. 31" BFG AT's. 33" LTB's for the muck

UPDATE:

Ok not much to update but the boards are kinda dead so...

As of today it seems that 50 rigs plan to attend. I would say that 30-35 of them are "reliable."

CRAWL magazine will be sending two guys down to cover the event for a future issue. So you may see your truck in CRAWL!

What are everyones plans for camping. I would like to give Tom a heads up. If you are going to stay at the Cliffs do you plan to bring an RV or a tent. See previous updates for details on Cliffs camping.

I will be there on friday afternoon to setup and help people with whatever, and probably do some wheeling.

Update

Close to 60-70 rigs at this point!!

Gumby, Tom, Joez, and I did a little prerun on some intermediate/advanced (IMO) stuff. The trails are DRY, which is good. Some good technical driving can be done due to the amount of traction.

Heres some pics
http://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=166441

I will be at the cliffs around 10-11 on friday (27th) to help things along, and do some wheeling.

4RNR, I was thinking that may have been you.... Light is an understatement. Here's what's being made for me by JCR Offroad in MI,

I was looking at the Cliffs pics. Looks like these guys were taking different lines up #7. (I know that tree leaning over the trail)

Seems rolling over is a hobby for this bunch!!

We were never on trail 7 yesterday, most of the pics are on 21. My pics from the day are in my webshots link.

I just thought I would throw this out there, there is not a host for the festivities on fri night and sat night. So basically you are on your own for food etc... Also bring some fire wood for the fire.

Maybe next year I can get someone to host a bbq.

UPDATE:

Well, today I went to the cliffs with Gumby and met Tom. We did some camp site hunting and found a couple places to camp. They should both be nice sites but I will warn you now it might be a little dusty due to some distant ATV traffic. Im not worried about it.

The weather looks good. slight chance of some rain on friday. That might be a great thing. Its very dry out there, and unless its a major rain it shouldnt soup stuff up, but it will knock down the dust. Sat/Sun are sunny and mid 80's.

We talked to Steve (owner) and he is going to do some trail work to make the easy trails more consistant and fun for the stockers/newbies.

Every one who brings a vehicle will receive a raffle ticket (I think I can add a tube bumper to that). Additional raffle tickets can be bought.

An orange flag is mandatory for all vehicles so either bring one or bring $12.99.

Oh and Gumby broke his t-case in half today during our shake-down run

Well thats all I can think of for now.
