Thoughts needed, considering selling the 4runner

I bought my 86 SR5 4runner back in Julyish of 09. After two and a half years (Alot of that was downtime I might add for the timing chain) I'm considering selling it and looking at something a little newer. I miss the creature comforts of late(r) model cars. Plus I lost a lot of love for the runner as it sat in my parents driveway for 10 months before it started again.

I've been checking CL to guage the value but its been tough. A lot of what is available in 1st gens around here are either fully decked out crawlers or in way worse condition than mine. Two opposite extremes if you will. Some details about my runner:

1986 4Runner SR5 22-RE 5-speed ~165k miles
ARB front bumper in good condition
Warn M8000 (Maybe, not sure on exact model, but PO said it was an 8000lb. IF anyone has a way of identifying I would apreciate it.)
4" Pro-comp stage 2 lift
ZUK mod (14"/125lbs) to relieve the rear leafs, lift blocks removed.
5 BFG M/T 33x1250x15 (Full size spare still has nipples) The 4 on the truck currently have roughly 50% tread, although their date code is 07. So they may or may not be so good, and I am going to have to rotate in the spare because the back passenger is currently not holding air for more than a few months.

Other than the ZUK mod, I have also replaced the clutch master cylinder, as well as done a front end timing job. I did not remove the head, not sure if HG is original.

My truck has a little cancer, as it is originally from Canada. None that appears on the surface anywhere on the vehical, but under where the battery sits is a little eaten out, and well as a few dime size spots in the back. (Carpet is all pulled out.)

I was going to market it as a hunting/trail/offroad toy, and not so much a DD. It has no AC, which makes it difficult to drive in the summer in Arizona.

What does YT think? I was thinking to list it at $4500 obo and see what offers I get. I'm also considering keeping the winch...

I think that is a good price to start at, I think you will end up missing your 4runner though.

The good news on that front is that I'm looking for a nice 3rd gen 4runner. 3.4, e locker, and an auto would suit my needs nicely lol. Going to go look at a few on my next days off.
