Nice, congrats on the 4runner, the 22re is an awesome motor, the 5vze is also but it sounds like you dodged a bullet with someone else's issues.

Where in Oregon are you from? Come summer time there are lots of trips to Browns Camp around here and would be perfect place to try out the 4wd.

so my boyfriend got my truck running so good...i bought it on the 3rd of feb and i couldnt drive it till the 17th cuz of my surgery and its a 5 speed so i finally got to drive it and i love it...and my boyfriend has a 84 4runner and he loves his and loves driving mine to...so after we got it all done and the back window fix and the idler arm and radiator fixed...my honda got stolen 2 days later...i havent got it back yet and i dont expect too...but im so glad i have my 4runner...and thanks to everyone for the advice im totally happy i went with the 91 22re...will post more pics soon when i do more stuff to it...
