I just 3.4 swapped my 95 4runner using an auto tranny and am only wanting to run 265/75/16 tires. I have factory 4.88s and want to bring the revs down for highway cruising and mpgs.

I'm wondering if a reasonable trade is my factory 4.88s (G144 axle code) for 4.10s plus a locked rear. Is this an unreasonable trade?

 

I would trade straight across but not with a locker.

 

Ill trade my 410 for your 488 straight up. No lockers tho i don't have one nor does spending 300-1200 on a locker sound appealing to me haha! pm if interested :-)
