Going to be going too look at a 95 T100 ext cab 3.4 4x4 5spd with 112k miles. The guy said it had some small door dings and some scratches. He also said it had zero rust, runs n drives good, good brakes, brand new tires, cold air. The truck is over 2hrs from me so is there anything special I need to look at? I know about the clutch bracket thingy but don't think it will b a deal breaker. Is there any pros or cons to the 95 vs other years? Any and all help will be apperciated.

 

not really familiar with the t100s... there was a recall on the steering centre link I think... no big deal dealer handles replacement for free but you might ask if it was done.
You don't say where you are so we can't really advise on rust issues... but check the rockers and the rear lower corners of the cab as moisture/salt can accumulate there also the rear lower corners of the box... also check the floors under the pedals and under the heater box on the pax side the drain from the ac sometimes gets clogged or loose and leaks causing rust under the carpet. These are some common problem spots on the regular trucks and since they used similar/identical parts for the t100 the problems should b e similar as well.
