Let me introduce myself
My names Jason, I have a 97 limited 3.4 with a rear e-locker. 31" ATs, and was rear ended. The bumper got trashed and the lift gate has some minor damage. I got a bumper, hitch and bumper guard off CL for 200, installed it and now the truck looks better.
I have 180k on the engine, just replaced the timing belt, water pump and everything else that job needed. Charged the AC with the AC Pro, and it worked all summer. I also had to replace the driverside rear wheel bearing. Truck runs good, but leaks a bit of oil.
I love offroading, but mostly in my 88 Bronco. The 4runner is more of a mall cruiser, but does get in the dirt and few times a year at Azusa, Lytle Creek, Cleghorn and any other local trails. I am in L.A so there is not much local.
