I have a 1990 4runner, 3.o, and would like to change the intake out and put a carburator on it. Is their any place to buy a conversion kit to do this project?

 

Why would you ever want to do that?

Aside from that, I think you will have a very difficult time doing this conversion, because nobody has a kit to do this. You will have to fab an intake manifold or somehow adapt one, it would most likely be easier to swap in a different engine.
