The Humvy H1, which the military uses is an IFS, and is used mostly in off-road conditions.

This is from an older article as the price is wrong.
The "new" FJ40 by TLC is going for $80K
If anyone wants one, you can get a brand new FJ40 with Chevy 350 @ 350 HP.
But here is an older article from 4WD Sport & Utility.

The all Toy mag http://www.4wdtoyotaowner.com/ for the May/June issue has a complete write-up on the rig, and yes, solid axles front and rear.

If I made double the money I make now, I could justify buying one.

Yes that is an awesome vehicle. The only thing that I find negative about it, is that it is still on leafs, a coil sprung suspension would have been better in my opinion.

But it is definintely number 2 on my off-road vehicle wish list. Number 1 being a custom built Defender 110 from East Coast Rover Co.

Wow, I think my list now has a new #1 too. Awesome, awesome crusiers, if I had a the money I'd have a Defender 90 sitiing in my garage way before an FJ.
Anyway, not to make this a total thread jack, but I havent heard anyone requesting a Front locker for a TRD FJ, or maybe even gasp, a full floating rear.
