Unhappy Wheel binding after wheel Bearing service

1997 T100 DXL 4x4 3.6L 5 speed
I recently serviced the front wheel bearings. Had to replace one of the inner bearing seals. Upon putting it all back together, the wheel with the new inner seal is binding when the brake caliper is attached and torqued down.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Sounds like something is in the wrong spot. Possibly a bearing no seated properly? Hard to tell without opening it back up
