Trying to find right size Bilstine shocks for lifted 95 T100
Looking to replace the shocks on my 1995 T100 4x4 with a 5” front lift and a 4” rear lift. Wanting to upgrade to Bilstine’s but having a hard time finding which ones will fit. Most of the sets I see being sold are for 3-4” front and 2-3” rear at the most. the truck had the lift when I got it so I’m not 100% sure what lift it has but it looks identical to this one: https://www.sdtrucksprings.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=31995 &zenid=4b9ddd921b475a2f28431ce7c7257bb2
Hoping someone on here can help 🤞. Thanks

Uh, you could measure from upper shock mount to lower shock mount with the suspension down on the stops, and measure again with the suspension at maximum droop.
Then you'll have a good idea what the maximum compressed length and the minimum extended length of your new shocks can be
You should shoot for an inch or a bit more leeway in each, for safety.

Ok, so I went to 4wheelparts today and they didn’t have anything there that would fit my truck. The measurements I’m working off are: My eye to eye with the truck up on the frame and the shocks out is 18-1/2”. Backed out my torsion bars all the way and the max compression I could get eye to eye was 16”. Bottom eye is 5/8” and top is a stud style with a nut on top. Only thing is the shocks that came off the truck are 21-7/8” eye to eye and 13-7/8” compressed. I’m pretty sure the shocks that were on it are the ones that came with the lift but I’m not sure as it was all done by the previous owner. I could go with something longer then what I need but I’m concerned the valving will be drastically wrong. Let me know if you guys got anything. Thanks
