tired of my old v6
my little v6 is bout give out.. well she might not, but i want it to go faster.. there is very few performance parts you can order that will bolt on to give that extra power.. you either have to bore it out or get a crate engine.. i am planning on putting a crate engine in my 96 t100.. but i need alot of help.. i want to know what would be the biggest crate motor with all the accesories such as an alternator, ac, and things like that i can stuff into my truck without modifying the entire truck.. i know i will have to get a motor mount conversion kit.. but i need to know what size to get, transmission and transfer case.. and should i get deisel or gas? thanks for any help.. i know this is going to be a very costly build but it will be worth it.. this truck is not my daily driver anymore

for that price i could get a old 350 at the scrap yard down the road.. i was thinking about just letting this motor be completly stock and put a new motor in.. i want my truck to perform as well as she looks.. and a big chrome motor under the hood would make my dad mighty proud to know what his sons truck is capable of.. what are some good crate motor companys that sell the motor and the trans? thanks for any help..

supercharged 3.4l with a few more mods is pretty quick.. i have the 1gen supercharger, 2.2" pulley, 318cc injectors, 190lph fuel pump, external computer, wideband tuing kit, throttle body spacer, k & n, edelbrock headers, true dual dynomax exhaust... so see there is a pretty good bit you can get out of the 3.4l and i beleive it is the best motor toyota has built yet.. i have a 180,000 miles on mine with all these upgrades.. its pretty quick.. a tundra dont stand a cance..
