t100 5 speed conversion

Help I'm trying to convert my auto t100 to a five speed truck has a 3.4 motor I have a r150f and transfercase from a early 90s 4 runner with a 3.slow the bell housings are 1 inch difference in length, what do I need to do to make this work? I can't seem to find the Trans that came with that option 96 to 98 3.4 with 5 speed any help would be appreciated

I would just shop on www.car-part.com and see who's got the T-100 5-speed transmission you are looking fer.

if you do the swap I want to buy the transfer case adapter between your auto trans and tcase. that is if you want to part with it. ive been looking for one for a long time to convert my 2jz a340e to 4wd. t100 is the only one to my knowledge that uses an a340f with a passenger drop case.

the 3.0 r150 with the 3.0 bell will bolt to the 3.4. from your question it seems you have a 3.4 bell? the 3.4 bell is 1 inch deeper with a 1 inch longer input shaft in the trans. as long as you keep the two the same 3.0 bell with 3.0 trans and 3.4 bell with 3.4 trans. the 3vz trans will bolt right up to the 3.4 without needing the 1in. extra depth. just use a 3.0 clutch

the trans you have should bolt right up. the only problem i can forsee is the crossmember being 1in. off. but i bet if you got one with your trans it will work.
