96 t100 with a bout 145K miles. It starts up good, runs and drives good until I stop and let it sit for about 20-45 minutes. It takes a couple tries to start it, but as soon as it starts it runs really rough, and then will die out if your not careful. If I rev it up a few times it all clears up in a bout 2-3 minutes and then will proceed to run good the whole day unless I let it sit and try to start it after 20min. Now if it sits longer than a few hours it runs normal after startup. My first thought is there is an injector leaking and after it sits for the while the fuel finally stops leaking and evaporates. Any ideas on what could be the problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I pulled the plugs after it was running rough and I didn't see any evidence of any of the cylinders being rich.
