I know the ratios are different, but is the driveshaft length and tailpipe hangers the same?

Clarification

Sorry, I guess I should clarify what I am trying to achieve. The axle/differential cover has rusted through and I need to replace the entire housing. Is the actual housing the same on the 1995 parts donor so that I can take the guts out of it and reinstall the guts of my 1996 into the housing of the 1995?

SIGH.........You don't name the model of either your machine, or the donor, but very probably NOT>

I have a 1996 T100 2WD Automatic and the donor is a 1995 T100 2WD Manual.

Eriks page seems to indicate that all T-100 axles are the same width.

If both your axles, or neither one of them, are ABS equpped, looks like internals might interchange.
