Parking light fuse keeps blowing
First time poster. Just picked up 96 SR5 4wd double cab with 219K. One owner and fairly clean. Has a few issues that i will address in the next couple weeks. Front axle, new brakes, tranny flush, ect. Parts are on the way.
My issue is the parking light fuse (15 amp) keeps blowing. I thought it was trailer wiring so I removed that wiring and no change. I have traced all visible wires that I can get to without removing seats, carpet, dash ect.
If I replace the fuse, and turn on parking light will get the buzzer for about a second and fuse will blow. No other electrical gremlins that I can note.
Any advice? Did a search here and did not turn up anything. Thanks in advance for your help.

Which buzzer? Fer the lights being on? The door opened with the keys in the ignition? Yer seat belt not being fastened?
You might want to check yer wire harness to the rear lights. You can unplug them from the circuit under the bed. Use a multimeter instead of fuses...much cheaper to find out if you have a short.
Are there any other accessories installed? Alarm? Fog/driving lights?

Bam, thanks for replying.
I found it. Was the drivers side license plate bulb. It had gotten very hot and melted the plastic, the bulb crumbled. Unhooked it from the plug and all good. Did not even think yesterday about checking those. My own fault for not keeping it simple!
