Just picked up a front diff with 4.70 gear ratio to swap into my Tundra. Looking for the rear third member with the 4.70, so if anyone sees a T100 being parted out- please keep me in mind!

1995 and up cannot be found with the 4.70 ratio.

Sorry to possibly kill your project, but that front diff isn't going to work. The T100 is a passenger side drop t-case, and the tundra is a drivers side drop. So unless your planning some fab work, your SOL already.

 

The OP is looking fer the rear third member...it should work fine. Look on www.car-part.com and you'll see which parts yard has the 4.70 ratio available.

I understand he's looking for a rear. I just wanted to make sure he understood that the front out of a T100 won't work in a tundra.

 

Won't the ring gear from the T-100 front diff work in the Tundra front diff?

 

No, I probably won't tbh... but you can use searchtempest.com to search multiple Craigslist sites by radius distance on your own.

 

When I seen the title of the thread, I thought it was on the stolen list. Searchtemptest works the best for me when looking for some parts.

 

I have a rear 4.70 out of a T100 rollover with just under 95000 miles, pm me if interested.

 

No bam, it won't. The T100 uses the older 7.5 front, like the 86-95's. The tundra shares the 7.5 reverse rotation clamshell with the Tacoma. It uses a different ring and pinion, and different bearings.
