Exhaust woes already, opinions?
Ok so what I though was just a blown out muffler from what I could see from behind the truck not crawling under it, is a hot mess pretty much under there. The tailpipe broke off today so its a little louder lol so I probably should fix it. The front pipe to the cat converter is still useable but needs a gasket to the cat. The real problem is the previous owner or someone welded the other end of the cat which has the pipe to the muffler attatched to it, to some random piece of connecting pipe. That was then welded onto some muffler and tailpipe that probably arent even for a T100. I definitely cannot afford a new OEM Cat converter, will muffler shops remove the weld from the cat or should I be looking for a friend with a torch to do it? Or should I get an aftermarket cat and exhaust which will I assume not bolt up directly because the cats are missing the intermediate pipe that OEM ones have attatched...also they will not have the o2 sensor after the cat which may cause the po141 to keep flashing idk any opinions would be helpful thanks guys
