"ECT PWR" Non-existent in these trucks?

"ECT PWR" Non-existent in these trucks?
Hi, Folks,
I have a question. Do the T-100's with the auto trans NOT have the "ECT/PWR" transmission select switch? I am keeping the A340H in my 1990 Pickup (not T-100) with my 3.4 swap which, I am utilizing an ECU from a '97 4x4 5VZE-FE and, for the life of me, I cannot find anywhere in the ECU nor the overall wiring diagram the provision for this option. Was this not available in the 1997 T100 4x4 SR5 trucks?
